Sound Bath Events

The Process of the session:

You'll make yourself comfortable in your space, We will begin with a guided meditation to relax and settle you. This will lead into the Sound bath where you will be bathed in the vibrations of Singing Bowls. You will then be brought back to the space, to spend a few moments to relax and embrace the present/ self with a cup of relaxation tea.
