Experience our Sunday sound bath class. Guests will make themselves comfortable in their space. We begin with a guided breath and meditation to help you relax. This will lead into the Sound bath where you will be bathed in the vibrations of singing bowls. You will then be brought back to the space, to spend a few moments to relax and embrace the present moment, with a cup of relaxation tea.
